History Exam is finally OVER!!!

Phew... Finally the long-dreaded History Exam is over! I heaved a really big sigh of relief when I completed the paper. The source-based questions were easy, but I screwed up my structured essay questions. Never mind about that, at least I got a pass (I think...), it was better than my History Term Tests, I failed 2 out of 3 tests.

Everyone in my room is now so-called relieving exam stress over the computer, except for me, as always... I never get to play games on the computer often. Theoretically they shouldn't be playing games, for heaven's sake it's EXAM WEEK, but they just don't care. My roommate Eng Keat, I'm not worried, he's got a huge brain capacity (I really marvel at him)... but I'm quite worried about my brother. I really don't know why I'm worried, since he doesn't really care about my feelings...

Blood is thicker than water, I suppose.

There's still 8 exams to go in this week... English Compo and Literature on Tuesday, Maths on Wednesday (I got exempted so I don't need to go), Chinese Compo and Geography on Thursday, English Compre and Malay on Friday. I'm really worried about Literature and Geography, my Malay also deteriorated.

Then after the exams, there's still the dreaded Sec 2 camp, I'm stuck with an ****, OMG!

Then after the camp, we've got the End of Year Activities, bowling and a movie. Quite looking forward to it really...

Then it's the HOLIDAYS!!!

So its really that for this year. Time really flies...

Next year our whole level will be Sec 3, here's my calculations:

Workload + 70 %
Project Work + 50 %
Relax Time - 60 %

So we're hardly in a position to slack, you see...

I want to be in SMRP (Science and Maths Research Programme) next year, just that I'm not sure of which branch to go, SMRP Science or SMRP Maths. I'll need a new computer by then (if my brother still does not wish to change his bad habit), otherwise he'll deprive me of my right to use the current computer and affect my project work.

Recently there has been an incident where a Sec 3 senior, living in the boarding school, slashed his wrists beause he got a SINGLE-DIGIT mark in his Chemistry Exam. This is not confirmed, though I think it is highly probable. Some will say he deserved it, since he always skip whole days off in school.

Personally I think there is something between the single-digit mark and the days he skipped off lessons, but I think there must also be internal factors (some say he got a brain tumour, he started it off himself... lame), otherwise how can he skive off so many hours of lessons without recieving any disciplinary action? (other than the one when he was suspended for... a week? A month? I'm not sure) I've also wondered why he never seeked couselling. We may never know...
Well, that's all for now, my friends. I may not be able to post up during this week. The weekend that just passed too, busy mugging so I had no time to post. Anyway, for those who has exams too, I wish them good luck.
